Where is my download?
Where are my templates I ordered?
Can you email me the template pdf files to a different email address?
At this time the only way to access your files is to download them by yourself. If you have placed your order and wondering where your files are, then this is for you. In order to access your files please follow the following steps:
STEP 1) Look for the link that was sent to your email address that you ordered with. The email will come from Corjl.com. It will look like the example below.
STEP 2) Log in to your account. OR create a free Corjl account if you are new.
STEP 3) Edit your template.
STEP 4) Click the save button.
STEP 5) Click the download button.
The download will then be downloaded directly to your computer or phone.

Enter your email address and click send
If you want to download the file to your mobile device directly then print or email it follow these instructions:
Click the download button
Choose the file type you need then click next
Click the next button again
Choose the "download to my device" option
Your file is now downloaded to your device, on apple devices click the box/arrow button to pull up the option to print/email/save in folder etc
You now have options to either email the file to yourself, print, save to a folder & more depending on the apps you have
Choose the print option above and click print. (If you have problems seeing your printer on your mobile device simply google the name of your printer and "how to connect to my phone".)
