When you download your template if it does not look like the template you saved and created, simply change the internet browser you are using.

The BEST internet browser to use is Google Chrome which is free to download if you don't have it. Download it here: https://www.google.com/chrome/

The following images are pictures of templates that are not showing up correctly when downloaded using Internet Explorer as the internet browser. (After switching to google chrome you will see that the templates appear normal)
